Jordan M. Stone is a founding partner of The Peregrine Group, a real estate advisory/project management firm, property management firm, and developer. Peregrine has offices in East Providence, RI, Boston, MA, and Orlando, FL. As Peregrine’s lead partner in the physical conceptualization, planning, budgeting, and delivery of projects. Jordan has broad experience in real estate development, construction, due-diligence, and project management. He has managed successful projects across the United States for over twenty-three years. Current projects include numerous multi-family, mixed-use, medical, and hospitality projects. Jordan initially started his career as a project manager at Mark Development, the construction division of The Flately Co headquartered in Braintree, MA. Prior to founding Peregrine with Colin P. Kane, Jordan oversaw his family’s manufacturing and real estate interests. Jordan has been a guest lecturer on real estate development/urban renewal at Harvard Law School, The Graduate School of Design at Harvard, Mass College of Art and Design, and Roger Williams University. Jordan is a trustee at Hebrew Senior Life, a board member of The Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras, and a board member of The Rhode Island Builders. Jordan graduated from The Northfield Mount Hermon School (PG) and The University of Rochester.
