A Head Start graduate, Licensed Master Social Worker with a Bachelors and Master’s degree in Social Work, LaQuinta Broyles currently serves as an Early Childhood Specialist with the Office of Head Start Region IV T/TA network. She brings over 16 years of Social Work experience working with varying populations and over 12 years’ experience in Head Start. At the recipient level, LaQuinta has worked as a Family Advocate as well as a PFCE /Family Services/ ERSEA Manager. LaQuinta is a trained practitioner of the Trust Based Relational Intervention to support families/systems caring for children from hard places. Supporting Head Start/Early Head Start programs across the region through T/TA, has allowed her educational and childhood journey to come full circle.
