Sonja Cole, a Head Start graduate, holds a BS in Early Childhood Special Education and an MAed in Early Childhood Special Education/Teacher Leadership, and is actively pursuing her EDD in Policy Study, Curriculum, and Social Justice. Currently, serving as an Early Childhood Specialist in the Office of Head Start Region IV T/TA network, she boasts over 19 years of experience. Including ECE Teacher, Educational Coach, Early Head Start Manager, Childcare Director, and Adjunct Instructor. Sonja holds certifications including CLASS PreK Trainer, Kentucky Trainer Level 5, Program for Infant and Toddler Care Graduate, and Quality Care for Infant and Toddlers Trainer.
