Nancy Shinault has over 30 years of experience with Head Start in a variety of capacities. She is PITC Certified in all four Infant and Toddler Modules, a CLASS TOT, and has provided Regional TTA with OHS and Region IV since 2012. Shae has 17 years of experience with Early Head Start including the start-up, oversight, designing, implementing, and management of EHS. Provides ECE training at the program, state, regional, and national level. Adjunct Instructor at the University of Cincinnati since 2018. Graduated summa cum laude with both BA and MA degrees in Early Childhood Education. Devoted wife for 36 years. Love spending time with family including two of the most wonderful granddaughters in the world and enjoys the beauty of God's Creation.
