In her current role as Assistant Director of Quality Living with the Department for Aging and Independent Living Phyllis oversees the aging services for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including federal and state programs. She has been the departments coordinator of legislative and regulatory affairs and is currently working to develop the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) across the Commonwealth. Phyllis will provide an update on the department’s regulatory changes and provide an overview of the PACE eligibility and services.
