Prior to founding H2R in 2016, Kelley established the HR consulting division of MCM CPAs & Advisors. She joined MCM from Signature HealthCare, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Rehab segment. She was also an HR Partner with Mercer, a global HR consulting firm. Kelley is an HR expert on a broad range of topics for many speaking engagements across the United States for Chambers, Associations, and clients.
