Rachel Kelsey (She/Her) is Program Representative and Admissions Manager for the National Theatre Institute (NTI) at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center, where she travels across the country teaching workshops in a variety of artistic disciplines. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drake University with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre.
