Lindsey Duoos Williams is the Artistic Director of the Rochester Civic Theatre and Co-Chair of ACTF Region 5. Lindsey taught for 13 years at Riverland Community College in Austin, Minnesota, where she created the state’s only AFA in Musical Theatre degree program. Her professional work outside of education includes acting, directing, producing, stage management, and design. Lindsey’s interest in the business side of acting stems from her time in the Equity Department at bicoastal talent agency Kazarian/Spencer/Ruskin & Associates. She holds a B.A. in Theatre from the University of Southern California and an M.F.A. in Musical Theatre from San Diego State University.
