Rachel Petke, LCSW, Interviewer Supervisor, CARES Northwest: Rachel began at CARES Northwest in 2004 as a Child Interviewer. She is a faculty trainer for Oregon Child Forensic Interview trainings with the Oregon Network of Child Abuse Intervention Centers (ONCAIC). Ms. Petke has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Valparaiso University, and a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago. A licensed clinical social worker since 1998, she has worked in mental health, medical and community based settings as a child and family therapist, and as a supervisor for mental health, foster care, and child welfare programs.
