Drew Prochniak is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Portland, Oregon and specializes in public safety stress, trauma, work-life balance, coping, and resilience. He is a former search and rescue and wilderness medicine professional, as well as the son of a retired police officer and brother of flight paramedic and retired police officer. Drew supports numerous public safety agencies with peer support, and mental health training and education. He has presented nationally to emergency responders, sharing his experience in a law enforcement family and his therapy practice. He is the author of Addiction and Recovery for First Responders.
