Dr. Stoeber is a licensed psychologist in Portland, OR. She owns a private practice and works with children and families of all ages. She is endorsed in early childhood mental health and pediatric health. Dr. Stoeber serves as a member of the Healthcare Reform Taskforce for the Oregon Psychological Association. As well, Dr. Stoeber was a statewide trainer for The Department of Human Services and now works with Children’s Health Alliance to promote wellness for children of all ages in pediatric settings. Dr. Stoeber recently developed a curriculum regarding resilience and interventions to mitigate the effects of childhood adversity. She is a statewide and national trainer on childhood trauma, trauma-informed care and resilience. Her current work is promoting resilience within systems such as schools, pediatric medical homes, hospitals, law enforcement agencies and MDT’s.
