Do the possible: Forming and Energizing a Coordinated Response to Non-Fatal Strangulation

Sarah has been involved in the domestic violence field for more than 20 years, stating out as a direct service advocate and emergency shelter coordinator. She was the Executive Director of a dual domestic violence and sexual assault agency for five years in addition to other nonprofit work. In 2015 Sarah became the Domestic Violence Systems Coordinator for Clackamas County. This position provides support to the Coordinated Community Response through organization, facilitation and convening of partners in countywide projects. Current concentrations are on strangulation, domestic violence fatality review, the Family Violence Coordinating Council, supervised visitation, and other collaborative projects.
