Dr Sullivan a registered Forensic Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (UK) and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) where he is on the register of Chartered Psychologists. He is also a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. Dr Sullivan holds a PhD in Forensic Psychology, a Masters Degree in Criminology, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in applied Social Sciences, and a Certificate of Qualification in Social Work. In addition, he is an honorary lecturer in Forensic Psychology at the University of Birmingham, UK and a lecturer and Senior Research Fellow in Criminology at the London Metropolitan University.
Dr Sullivan has specialised in providing risk assessment and therapeutic intervention for suspected, accused and convicted sex offenders since 1986 and has consulted to over two hundred law enforcement investigations into sexual crimes against children internationally since 1999.
