Brian Jacobs is founder and CEO of weElevateIT LLC. A computer scientist by education and experience, he answered the call after 9/11 — joining the U.S. Army as a civilian leader and spending two decades building high-performing teams that delivered process automation, data visualization, and the decision-grade tooling that budget, financial, cost, and operational analysts and decision makers run on. He founded weElevateIT in May 2024 and earned the firm's first prime contract in September 2025.  His current work supports senior financial leadership inside the Department of War on some of the federal government's most complex audit and operational challenges. He is a member of SDFM, AFCEA, and AUSA.
