Mr. Tom Devine currently serves as the Financial Management Product Director for Management Concepts, responsible for over 75 FM COTS products. He is also a current Management Concepts' Representative for the Corporate Advisory Group. Previously, Mr. Devine had a 28-year career in the US Army and Army National Guard as a Field Artillery, Logistics, and Financial Management Corps Officer. His various assignments included Accounting Officer, Budget Officer, Comptroller, Finance Battalion Commander, and his last assignment was United States Property and Fiscal Officer-Massachusetts for the National Guard Bureau. In this position, he honed his financial management acumen as a Grants Officer, Signatory for the Annual Statement of Assurance, and fiduciary responsibility for over $2.5B in federal assets. Mr. Devine earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Nichols College. He is a Certified Defense Financial Manager, DoD FM Level 3 Certified, and a member to a variety of key FM and Risk Management Associations: Society of Defense Financial Management (SDFM)- National Guard Chapter, AGA- Boston Chapter, Association of Federal Enterprise Risk Management (AFERM) and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
