Mike Monson is a Vice President at ManTech with more than 35 years of experience in the Federal Financial Management community. Prior to this role, he served on the executive leadership team at Definitive Logic for more than five years, where he held positions including President, Chief Growth Officer, and Chief Customer Experience Officer. Before his career in the private sector, Mr. Monson served 24 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 2015 at the rank of Colonel. His assignments include: Director of Air Force Budget Programs in the Pentagon; Commander, 86th Mission Support Group at Ramstein AB, Germany; and Comptroller, HQ US Air Forces in Europe. He also served as an acquisition and financial management officer for the F-22 program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH and as the Director of Accounting and Finance at RAF Upper Heyford in the U.K. He holds four master’s degrees and a bachelor’s science degree from Colorado State University.
