Ms. Ortiz, based in Tampa, Florida, serves in Guidehouse’s Defense and Security Sector, bringing over 30 years of Department of War financial management and audit experience. She leads a diverse team, providing strategic oversight to help clients achieve measurable and auditable results. She plays a key role in the strategy development and implementation of the USSOCOM Enterprise‑Wide Audit Remediation (EwAR) initiative. In this capacity, she collaborates closely with command leadership to drive sustainable audit readiness across the enterprise.
