Kristyn E. Jones is the CEO of Antilles Consulting Group, LLC, delivering mission‑focused solutions across defense, federal, and innovation sectors. Ms. Jones previously performed the duties of the Under Secretary of the Air Force, where she led Department‑wide initiatives to strengthen modernization, readiness, cybersecurity, business system reform, and auditability. In addition to serving as PTDO Under Secretary, Ms. Jones was the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management & Comptroller (SAF/FM), the Department of the Air Force’s Chief Financial Officer. Her earlier career includes serving as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army For Financial Information Management, civilian roles at Department of the Navy, and the DoD Business Transformation Agency, as well as private‑sector leadership as a Managing Director in KPMG’s Federal Advisory practice and Fortune 500 companies . She began her career as a U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer. Ms. Jones is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from George Mason University.
