AnnaMaria Maples, MD is the second year Complex Family Planning Fellow at Emory University with plans to graduate in 2024. She received her Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts and medical degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City combined six-year B.A/M.D. program. She graduated from obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Central Florida/HCA GME Consortium in Gainesville, FL. She is currently working on a research project about the impact of Georgia’s six-week abortion ban on people with high-risk pregnancies in the state.
