David Turok MD, MPH, Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Utah completed residencies in Family Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology. He worked for the Community Health Centers, Inc. in Salt Lake City for 15 years and now directs the Division of Family Planning and the ASCENT Center for Sexual and Reproductive Health at the University of Utah. He also serves as director of surgical services at Planned Parenthood Association of Utah. He is an active clinician, educator, and researcher. His research focuses on overcoming contraceptive access barriers and developing new contraceptive methods.
