Law Degree - J.D - from the University of Buenos Aires School of law. He has a Master of Laws (L.L.M) from Columbia University in the city of New York. His specialization is public procurement contracts and public control.
Since graduation he has been working in the public sector for most of his career, and has held several appointed positions at the local, provincial and national level. Among these, he has worked for the National Ministry of Justice, Security and Human Rights, has been advisor to the National Minister of Welfare, and was appointed General Director for Investors Assistance for the Province of Buenos Aires.
Since 2011 he has been working for the Honorable Tribunal de Cuentas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. (Court of Accounts of the Province of Buenos Aires) as General Director for International and Institutional Affairs. Under this position, the Tribunal de Cuentas was able to be the first Argentine subnational SAI to be accepted to the OLACEFS (Intosai latin American chapter) as associated member. He is also leading a robust and challenging modernization and institutional development plan for Tribunal de Cuentas, in order to enhancing a better public control and promoting citizen participation in the public oversight.
He has participated and spoken in several international forums with respect to the implementation of SDGs and the role of SAIs in achieving transparency. With respect to the ICGFM, this the second time he participates as a speaker. In 2016 he spoke about the Role of SAIs in achieving sustainable development goals.
He has been teaching Public procurement contracts and Administrative Law at the University of Buenos Aires and has written a few articles on administrative and constitutional law regarding issues of modernization and decentralization.
