Dr. Abi Woodward is based at the Centre for Psychiatry & Mental Health, Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). She has a particular interest in community-based health interventions such as social prescribing and the role that culturally relevant support can play in improving health inequalities among South Asian carers living in the UK. She holds a PhD in Sociology and, in 2024, was awarded an NIHR School for Primary Care Research Post-doctoral Fellowship.
