Professor Sue Woolfenden is the Director of Community Paediatrics at SLHD, and Professor of Community Paediatrics at the University of Sydney. In her clinical, service development and research roles she aims to address child health and health care inequities in Australia and globally through innovative integrated health-social service models including Hubs and social prescribing. She has 189 publications and over 6 M as CIA in grants on projects that focus on working with children, young people and their families from priority populations to build a better health system. Dr Katarina Ostojic is a Research Fellow with the Community Paediatrics Research Group at the University of Sydney. Katarina is a mixed-methods researcher with a keen interest in integrated health-psychological-social care models for children and young people at risk of /with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families. Katarina is passionate about working in partnership with health end-users, particularly people with lived experience of neurodevelopmental disability, to co-design novel interventions and then deliver innovative solutions through clinical research. Her research has a strong focus on addressing inequities in health care and supporting young people and their families to improve their mental health, psychosocial functioning, and participation
