Mia Zaccardo is a social innovator and social/community services commissioning expert, currently working within the South Australian Department of Human Services overseeing the statewide Community Connections Program. With a passion for systems thinking, relational commissioning, and innovation in social service design and delivery, Mia and the DHS Community Connections team are eager to share this unique program model as an example of a place- and system-focused, community-based statewide social prescribing model.
