Cath Hodgkinson brings a diverse background in health and education, holding a Bachelor of Science (Nursing), a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health, an Advanced Diploma in Natural and Herbal Medicine, and a Master of Teaching (Primary). Her career spans clinical, community, and educational settings, with a strong focus on health literacy, advocacy, and self-determination.
As the Link Worker and Project Lead for the Albany Connected Communities pilot, Cath is deeply committed to strengthening social connection and addressing the social determinants of health. The pilot contributes to the growing evidence base for social prescribing in Australia, supporting community-led approaches to wellbeing.
Cath is passionate about creating inclusive systems that empower individuals and communities. She’s excited to share insights and learnings from the project, and to connect with others working toward healthier, more connected futures.
