Jeff is a Community Link worker at Neami’s Whittlesea Mental Health & Wellbeing Local. He works within a social prescribing framework while engaging a wide diversity of participants, facilitating a range of peer group activities and fostering relationships with community groups, local organizations and Council. His aim is to support participants in building meaningful social connection, strengthen community cohesion and nurture a genuine sense of belonging. Jeff has a background in forest therapy, Nature education and environmental advocacy, and is a keen practitioner of Nature-based prescribing.
