Dr. Vinathe Sharma-Brymer is a social work academic at UniSC. Vinathe's interdisciplinary practice and research focuses on the benefits of nature-based solutions for wellbeing across the lifespan and population groups. She has a good track record of academic teaching, research and practice experience from Australia, UK, and India. Vinathe’s translational research has diverse applications for enhancing the quality of life across the lifespan as an accredited social worker (AASW) and Forest School practitioner (UK). She has practitioner experience in social prescription (UK) and community development (India) having worked with grassroots organisations, government sectors, and non-government organisations.
