Yvonne leads the Health System Sustainability Stream at the Centre for Health Resilience and Implementation Science (CHRIS) at the Australian Institute of Health Innovation, Macquarie University. A health services/health systems researcher, implementation scientists, and policy analyst, she leads evaluations of complex health improvement programs and models of integrated care. She published the first rapid review of the literature on Social Prescribing and was a co-author on the Social Prescribing Roundtable Report, which has been quoted in the WHO Toolkit on Social Prescribing. Her research on Social Prescribing contributed to the Australian Primary Health Care 10 Year Plan 2022-2032. She has published >140 peer reviewed papers and attracted over $24million in competitive research funding.
