Pam Bubrzycki is the Chief Executive Officer of Amity Health and brings diverse across Mental Health, Family and Domestic Violence, Youth Justice, and Alcohol and Other Drug services. Her career spans clinical, community, and leadership roles, with a strong focus on holistic, community-based support and addressing the social factors that impact wellbeing.
As CEO, Pam leads Amity Health in delivering coordinated services across Children, Families and Communities, Mental Health, and Health, Chronic Disease and Ageing throughout Western Australia. She is deeply committed to fostering social connection, reducing loneliness, and promoting initiatives that help people feel valued and supported within their communities.
At EACH 2025, alongside colleague Cath Hodgkinson, Pam will speak on the impact of loneliness and the loss of connection on mental health and the role of social prescribing in connecting people to the services and support they need. She is passionate about practical, community-led solutions that strengthen wellbeing and build resilient, connected communities.
