Ms. Yunita Restu Safitri is Chair of the Mental Health Promotion and Partnership Working Group at Indonesia's Ministry of Health, holding the senior civil service rank of Penata Tk. I/III-d. With over 14 years of distinguished experience in public health administration, she currently leads national mental health promotion and prevention initiatives targeting Indonesia's most vulnerable populations within the Directorate of Health Services for Vulnerable Groups. Ms. Yunita’s academic credentials include a Master of Public Health, Nursing Profession qualification (Ners), and Bachelor of Nursing Science, all earned from University of Indonesia. Her progressive career within the Ministry of Health encompasses leadership roles across critical health domains, including maternal health, family health care, and nutrition programmes. She has served as Project Manager Officer and Chair of the Toddler Health Working Team, consistently demonstrating exceptional capacity for managing complex, multi-stakeholder health initiatives. Her expertise also spans mental health promotion, maternal and child health, nutrition programmes, health policy development, and evidence-based public health interventions.
