Dr. William M. Decken, D.C., LCP, FCSC – Chiropractic Philosopher and Educator Dr. Bill Decken is a Sherman College professor and chair of the Philosophy Department. A 1986 graduate and founder of the Academy of Chiropractic Philosophers (ACP), he’s trained chiropractors around the world in subluxation theory and chiropractic philosophy. He co-founded the Palmetto State Chiropractic Association and served as IFCO President. A practicing chiropractor of 38+ years, he brings deep philosophical grounding and global perspective to every lecture.
