Matt Dofoo is since October 2020 the Head of Competitive Quality for Société des Produits Nestlé S.A., based in Vevey, Switzerland, with responsibility for the Nestlé group quality strategy to enhance competitiveness and deliver the best consumer experience.
Matt graduated from the University of Illinois in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition, and joined Nestlé in 2010 after spending the previous 10 years working for Kraft Foods USA in quality and operations management. Within Nestlé he held a variety of cross-category and international positions in the Quality Management, Operations and Consumer Services. In his current role, he reports to Nataša Matyášová, Vice President, Head of Quality Management, Nestle, Switzerland
