Olivier is Director global food protection at Firmenich. He has over 20 years industry experience in quality and food safety, and has been working in food safety since 2001, in food defense since 2009 and in food fraud mitigation since 2014.
He received an Engineering degree from DEUST in quality and production, Master and DESS advanced degree in fine chemistry, from Marseille France Pharmaceutical and Science universities. He also has Advanced degree in food & forensic toxicology from Geneva medicine university.
Olivier is a Member of the Swiss Society of Toxicology and food safety lead auditor on FSSC22000 scheme. Olivier is working in food protection culture since 2016.
