Scott Broaddus is the sales and business lead for Bayer Digital Pest Management within the Environmental Science business unit of Crop Science, a division of Bayer. In his role, he provides overall leadership, guidance and support to a diverse sales team, as well as a device management team organized around supporting the Bayer Rodent Monitoring System service and related offerings.
Broaddus has been with Bayer for thirteen years during which time he has held a number of leadership and sales roles, including business development manager, key account management and area sales manager. Prior to Bayer Scott worked for John Deere Landscapes, managing pest management & turf care solutions, which is where Broaddus’ passion for the pest management industry was established.
Broaddus is very active in the Professional Pest Management industry and is an active member of LDG (Leadership Development Group) as well as the National Pest Management Commercial Committee. In 2015, the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) named him one of the "Young and Emerging Leaders in Pest Management".
Broaddus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky and a MBA from North Carolina State University, with an emphasis in Innovation Management, where his passion for innovation and business model transformation has taken shape.
Away from work, you can find Scott spending time with his wife Kathryn and two daughters, Kaylen (7) & Avery (4)
