Social and Emotional Learning Implementation Methods for Educators-Cornerstone 308 (Hattie May Edmonds)

Jennifer is a 23-year educational veteran serving the student, teacher, and counselor population within Spring ISD with behavioral interventions that support social and emotional learning. Cunningham's expansive years in education have allowed her to work with students across academic settings, such as special education, bringing new interventions and skills to this at-risk population. She has developed programming guidelines and integration methods to support SEL curriculum within guidance and counseling programs. Notable workshops given by Cunningham include implementing restorative practices, SEL curriculum development, mindfulness practices in schools, and integrating Safe and Civil Schools practices in shifting school culture and climate.
