Ashlee Kimani, M.Ed, currently serves as the Dean at West Middle School in School District 11, in Colorado Springs. She holds a BA in Intercultural Studies and a Master’s in Education. Ashlee has over 10 years of experience in education, where she started her career as a high school social studies teacher at an international school in Nairobi, Kenya. As a disruptive educator, Ashlee is passionate about advocating, empowering, and mentoring students to see their inherent brilliance.
