Jay connects clients with the right team of experts to achieve their business goals while protecting them from both the expected and unexpected risks of a highly scrutinized industry.
Jay’s background in sales and operations over the last 18+ years positions him to understand the complexities of the insurance industry while he navigates the dynamic and fluid environment for all types of specialty- related businesses.
Jay also brings a data-driven perspective to his current role by drawing from his previous consulting experience at the world’s largest insurance data and analytics firm. This unique insight helped him lead a successful cannabis practice for one of North America’s leading specialty risk MGAs before joining HUB in 2019.
