o Eric Edmunds is a lawyer and food industry consultant that focuses on helping industry understand and comply with farm to fork regulations, and regularly assists with crisis response, product recalls, and regulatory enforcement actions. Eric worked with the Food Safety and Animal Health Program at the Oregon Department on FDA, USDA, and retail rules, inspections, and enforcement before entering private legal practice where he focused on food industry regulatory issues. Eric joined The Acheson Group (TAG) in 2016 where he has leveraged his previous experience to assist with regulatory compliance across the food industry. Eric’s work focuses on food industry regulatory compliance, product labeling and marketing, and responding to regulatory enforcement action, recalls, and crises at the local, state, and federal levels to mitigate the effect those may have on his clients’ bottom line while protecting their brand, and ensuring they resolve regulatory issues as quickly as possible.
