I’ve held leadership roles with industry icons including The Clearing House, Federal Reserve System, IBM, and Truist Bank. My diverse background spans more than two decades, during which I have methodically honed my expertise in payments, financial services, strategic planning, product management, and team empowerment. Prior to joining TCH, I spent 7 years with the Federal Reserve Financial Services, as SVP and Head of Product Management. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, I spent 10 years at IBM as the global executive with full P&L responsibilities ($100M) for IBM’s Payments and Banking software business. In my mind, innovation is everything, and I've championed agile methodologies and unconventional product management approaches that accelerate market delivery and drive customer value. My commitment to transformational solutions has been a driving force behind successful initiatives such as the ACH Modernization program at the Federal Reserve.
