Amanda Compton is a Payments Strategies Industry Consultant with the Secure Payments team in Federal Reserve Financial Services. She works with internal teams and external stakeholders on advancing fraud prevention, detection, and mitigation related content to promote improvements within the U.S. payment system. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, Amanda Compton was the Director of Fraud Mitigation at a medium-size financial institution. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and has almost two decades of fraud mitigation experience within the financial industry.
