Elyssa Morgan is the Senior Vice President, Chief Growth & Partnerships Officer of NEACH and an advisor with its subsidiary, NEACH Payments Group (NPG). In her role at NEACH, Elyssa leads organizational growth initiatives, oversees membership strategy and engagement, and develops partnerships that advance NEACH’s mission and support its members as the payments industry continues to evolve. Through a forward-thinking, member-centric approach, she helps ensure NEACH delivers meaningful value, relevant education, and innovative solutions aligned with industry needs. As an advisor with NPG, Elyssa works closely with financial institutions, corporations, and payments vendors to help them navigate operational and regulatory challenges, mitigate risk, and drive financial and business improvement. She provides a comprehensive suite of advisory services, including payments audits, risk management, and strategic consulting, helping clients strengthen and sustain safe, compliant, and effective payments programs while adapting to ongoing payments innovation. With more than 18 years of experience in banking and financial services, Elyssa brings deep industry knowledge and a practical perspective to her work. She plays an active role in NEACH’s education development and delivery, contributes to the creation of new payments-related content, and frequently speaks on a wide range of payments topics. Her work continues to shape NEACH’s strategic direction while enhancing the services and support provided to members and clients. Elyssa is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and an Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP). She holds a degree in Business Administration from Bay Path University and remains actively engaged in the payments community through education, collaboration, and thought leadership.
