Joe Casali is the Executive Vice President of NEACH and its subsidiary, NEACH Payments Group (NPG). As Executive Vice President for NEACH, Joe develops and executes strategic initiatives to help NEACH members capitalize on the opportunities inherent in payments innovation and the modernization of payments to better serve their own members and customers. As Executive Vice President for NPG, Joe manages the NPG team and its efforts to help financial services stakeholders solve payments challenges, manage risk and compliance, and drive financial and business improvement while ensuring clients understand and can leverage payments innovation and still maintain safe, compliant, and sustainable payments programs. For more than 30 years, Joe has served in various leadership positions within NEACH. Through positions ranging from Vice President of Education to Senior Vice President of Innovation, and more, Joe has helped design and shape key programs, execute initiatives to support advancement and growth, build successful relationships, and continually represent and support the needs of NEACH’s diverse member base. These achievements continue to drive his passion to ensure members and clients can always successfully navigate what’s next. Joe is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), an Accredited Faster Payments Professional (AFPP), and an Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP). He is an active member of the payments community, serving as a regular speaker at numerous industry events and heavily involved in industry groups, including Nacha, ECCHO, the Business Payments Coalition, the Payments Innovation Alliance, and the Faster Payments Council, among others. Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston College.
