Erin Prickett is a seasoned banking leader with more than 15 years of experience driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation within community banking. As First Vice President and Director of Compliance & Digital Banking at Florence Bank, she oversees four critical areas—Digital Banking, BSA, Compliance, and Security Operations—guiding strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, strengthen risk management, and support organizational growth. Beginning her career at Florence Bank as a part-time teller, Erin has built a progressive track record across customer service, payment operations, risk analysis, and digital strategy. She currently leads a team of 12, including four officer-level direct reports, and manages a multimillion dollar annual budget. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she leverages data, market trends, and cross-functional partnerships to drive innovation while ensuring state and federal regulatory compliance. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and is an Accredited ACH Professional. She is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies and the New England Leadership Development Program. In addition to her professional work, she serves her community as an Advanced Tax Preparer through Community Action Pioneer Valley.
