Angela Conti is the Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer and Small Business Banking at Cambridge Savings Bank. Angela is accountable for the customer experience and P&L performance for deposits, payments, and lending across retail branches and digital, including CSB’s digital only brand, Ivy Bank. Angela has over 25 years of progressive banking leadership experience across business lines, product management and marketing. Prior to CSB, Angela held multiple leadership roles at USAA, TD Bank, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Bank of America. Angela earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School (CBA EBS), where she earned the Tem Wooldridge top student award. Angela currently serves as a CBA EBS faculty leader to educate and develop top banking talent across the industry. Angela has a passion for payments and currently serves on the Board of Directors for NEACH (New England Automated Clearing House Association) and is a member of American Bankers Association Payments Systems Administrative Committee. Angela was honored as one of American Banker's Most Influential Women in Payments in 2020. Angela and her husband, Jason, are proud parents of five (mostly adult) children, two dogs and a cat. In her free time, Angela enjoys painting and crafting.
