Ann Marie McDonald is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in strategic planning, program development, and stakeholder engagement. She is the Chief Program Officer at the Alzheimer’s Association – Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter, where she spearheads initiatives to expand community outreach, develop impactful programs, and foster strong partnerships with diverse organizations. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing the Association’s mission through innovative training, volunteer recruitment, and the successful execution of conferences, webinars, and workshops.
With a background that includes roles in admissions, education, and business management, Ann Marie brings a multifaceted perspective to her work.
Ann Marie holds an MBA from Prairie View A&M University, an M.Ed. from the University of Houston-Victoria, and a B.S. in Social Administration from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica. Known for her ethical leadership, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to community service, Ann Marie continues to make a significant impact in the nonprofit sector by empowering organizations to thrive through effective communication, partnership building, and innovative program delivery.
