Megan Whiteside is a Lecturer at SFASU and has taught Federal and Texas Government for the last eleven years at the university and secondary level. She is currently working on her MSW and, with it, hopes to work with local policymakers and community organizations to address rural poverty. Megan holds NASW, SSWR, TEN, and the Rural Social Work Caucus memberships.
