Dr. Schuster has dedicated many years to understanding and conceptualizing assessments for rehabilitation counseling and mental health counseling. Research focused on identifying evidence-based practices in these fields supports my understanding of the assessment process. Additionally, I teach assessments to students in counselor education and am passionate about sharing my expertise in assessment with practitioners to enhance their clinical practice.
