TailorBuilt Solutions, LLC (TBS) launched in 2021, but the foundations of the company were laid in 1986 when Joel House entered the public safety software development marketplace. Joel and his TBS partners, Thomas Bounds, Theo Reaves, and Tommy Alderman, offer more than 100 years' worth of combined experience in the public safety arena, including the development, integration, implementation, training, and support of critical I.T. systems, as well as the development of long-lasting, trusting relationships with their partners in agencies at all levels of government, from local to federal, as well as the United States military. In addition to the experience of our founders, TBS employs a project manager with nearly 50 years’ experience in the industry, additional programmers with just over 40 years and just under 10 years of experience, and two newer programmers with two and one year of experience, respectively. In total, the entire TBS team brings over 225 years of experience to bear for development and support, with the founders as involved in day-to-day support as our newest programmer.
