Our primary mission is to support the university's commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. Whether you're an advisor looking for professional development workshops, a faculty member interested in talking about your teaching or considering how to implement service learning in your course, or a graduate student looking for resources and ways to improve your teaching, we can help! If you come by the center, you'll quickly realize that it's a busy place with an event occurring almost every day.
The TLPDC is known for our warm hospitality and helpful spirit. Please feel free to contact any staff member of the TLPDC for help, or stop by to talk with us. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. To find the TLPDC, the following directions might be helpful: The TLPDC is located in the northeast corner of the University Library. If you enter the Library through the Croslin Room from the east side (nearest the Student Union Building), turn right and the TLPDC will be at the end of a short hallway. The center is marked with an official sign as well as a large screen advertising our services. Classrooms can be found through the double doors to the right of the screen and all other offices are located to the left of the screen.
