Founded in 2002, Preservation Studios has helped clients list over 3500 properties on the National Register. In the last ten years, has worked on projects totaling over $800 million in QREs, generating over $350 million in historic tax credits for our clients. Based in Buffalo, New York, Preservation Studios also has an office in North Carolina, and seasonal offices in New Hampshire and California, and can work anywhere in the country, though the company's focus is primarily in New York State. Preservation Studios has seven full time staff: with three dedicated employees in our architectural history department, and three in our technical services department, the company can quickly fit into any project's timeline and needs for a project.
